Financial Aid and Tuition Payments

Financial aid is available for students who qualify. You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and all other required documents to apply for federal student loans and grants. Financial Aid counselors are available to assist you with your questions. For more information regarding the financial aid process, policies, eligibility requirements, and announcements please visit our main campus website.

Many companies offer tuition reimbursement plans for their employees. Southwestern College can bill your company directly if this benefit is available to you. We will require a letter from your employer (on company letterhead) prior to your first class. The letter must state what tuition benefits are available to you, and who we send the invoice to. If for any reason your employer does not pay for the tuition and fee charges, the student is responsible for full payment.

Payment arrangements are required prior to the start of class.

(Military tuition discounts are available for Active duty military and their spouses, Guard members, Reservists, and DoD civilians.)
