Co-Op and Internship Opportunities
Through a partnership with Butler Community College, learners at Southwestern College Professional Studies can take an internship or co-op through Butler and transfer the credit into any bachelor’s degree program at Southwestern College Professional Studies. If your current job is in your related field, you may want to use that as your co-op to earn college credit. Or, if you are looking to explore a new field, an internship at another business can give you the experience you are looking for, and the college credits you may need!
Every 50 hours you work can transfer to 1 credit hour, so this can be a great solution if you are needing a few more credits. Contact your Academic Success Coach for information or click here to learn more about Butler Community College’s Co-Op and Internship program.
