This one course is made up of five printed modules based on the new 2009 HR Certification Institute body of knowledge tested on GPHR exams. Each module includes a comprehensive book that details key terms, leading principles and practical examples, and contains a number of charts and checklists that can be quickly accessed and learned.

HRD426 Global Professional in Human Resources

This course offers the Human Resources professional information and resources to help him/her prepare for certification process to become a Global Professional in Human Resources and to prepare to offer human resource services to the rapidly expanding global enterprise world. Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) approved course. 3 credit hours

Admission Requirements

Anyone interested in enrolling in HRD426 Global Professional in Human Resources may complete a Southwestern College Professional Studies Application for Admission. The five modules comprising the Global Professional in Human Resources course can be completed in 6 weeks and there are no prerequisites.

Individuals completing the Global Professional in Human Resources course at Southwestern College may apply these 3 credit hours earned toward any bachelor degree offered by Southwestern College Professional Studies as either a major requirement or an elective. HRD426 Global Professional in Human Resources is offered in an online format. Courses are delivered in 6-week sessions to allow maximum flexibility for busy professionals.
