Payment Information
Employer Tuition Reimbursement Programs
Many employers offer employee reimbursement programs for college tuition as part of their benefits package. Some employers will even cover the cost of fees, books, and other related expenses. To learn more about your employer's continuing education benefits, contact your human resources department. If you qualify for this benefit and Southwestern College can directly bill your employer for tuition or other fees, be sure to notify a Southwestern College representative of your "sponsor" for "sponsor billing" purposes.

Veterans Benefit Plans
Southwestern College is approved for veteran educational benefits. To determine your eligibility, call the Veterans Benefits Administration at 1-888-GI-BILL-1.
Tuition Assistance and Service Member Discounts
Service members may qualify for military Tuition Assistance benefits. Here at Southwestern College, we offer a military tuition discount plus we review all military training transcripts for the maximum credit award for prior military training. The military tuition discount extends not only to active duty members and their spouses, but also to Guards, Reservists, and civilian/contract employees of the Department of Defense.
